Solutions:  Planned and directed many powerful employee recognition initiatives, utilizing a strategic blend of broadcast, print (newspaper and program ads), print collateral,  in-store materials, annual reports, and fleet graphics. 

Results:  Wegmans’ employees’ pride grew, which customers acknowledged, thus driving increased loyalty inside and outside the company.  Wegmans became ranked as one of the best companies to work for in terms of employee satisfaction.
