I founded and was the CEO of e-Z COM, LLC (Pittsford, NY), a consulting and creative services company focused on helping organizations better market themselves and drive sales and profit increases.
I leveraged my experience at Wegmans and m2Methods to direct the development of ways in which to improve how companies plan and communicate advertising and marketing initiatives. Sound advertising planning and operational practices were blended with emerging software and web technologies to deliver timelier, more secure, and more accessible information.
I spearheaded initiatives that eliminated wasteful processes for a consulting client, with significant potential for bottom-line benefit. I managed the development of new solutions that improved planning go-to-market planning and designed an inexpensive direct mail program to drive business for a struggling retail client. In addition to advertising and marketing communications-focused activities, I oversaw the development of tracking and reporting tools for a company whose mission was to help other companies better manage problem areas in auto component manufacturing.
