Opportunities: Develop a startup company that provides retail and wholesale organization’s with better ways to do work and communicate within their organizations. Existing suites of web-based software tools had not yet been developed.
Challenges: Angel investment funding was necessary to form the company to create these solutions. Such tools and methodologies had not been developed and packaged into a family of solutions.
Solutions: Managed the creation of a wide array of mockups and diagrams to illustrate the products and services that m2Methods could offer. Developed process-flow diagrams illustrating current archaic work and communications processed vs. m2Method’s innovative solutions. Incorporated these into business plans and presentations.
Results: Business plan mockups and presentations generated angel investor interest, resulting in startup investment funding and support in other ways. Interest in product beta-testing was generated.
